Introduction to pole dancing. Beginner elements will be explored each week building and adding onto skill learned each class. Dip, pirouette, chair spin, stag spin, fireman spin, body roll, pole climb, pole sit, fan kick and floorwork. Every Sunday in August at 330pm.
