Introduction to pole dancing. Beginner elements will be explored each week, building and adding on to skills learned each class. Dip, pirouette, chair spin, stag spin, fireman spin, body roll, pole climb, pole sit, fan kick and floor work, etc. Dates include: every Sunday in July at 330pm.
