Flow Arts: Hoop Workshop w/Kate Diebels
2-hr hoop flow workshop for beginner and intermediate hula-hoopers. Basic hoop moves and tricks, transitions, and choreographed sequences to develop a free flow. The focus will be on off-body hoop moves so if you can't hoop around the waist, no problem! No hoop or dance experience necessary.
