January Beginner Pole Series

Learn the core components of pole dance and fitness. In this closed series you will learn grips, poses, pole sits, climbs and beginner tricks as well as floor work and flow movement around the pole. At the end of the series you will learn a dance/flow to celebrate all the new things you learned!
