Monthly Beginner Pole Series

In our Monthly Beginner Pole Series you will learn Beginner and Core Fundamentals of Pole Fitness and Pole Dancing including but not limited to: pole walks, pirouettes, dip, climb, pole sit. various pole grips and some poses and beginner tricks.  This course will ser you up for any and all drop in Pole classes you wish to try or attend moving forward! 

Series are offered quarterly.  Please note that some months have 5 days and thus are priced higher.
